    This fitness machine comes with a remote and 2 jump ropes. There is also a instruction manual and in the manual is a workout program for getting the most out of the fitness machine. Some of the workouts are for your back, soles, thighs, legs, general toning, arms, stomach and waist. On the remote you can turn it on and off, change the desired time and change the speed. The speed will also increase every 2 minutes for 10 minutes. And you really don't notice the change while you are working out. There are 2 different preset
